    Term:

    The RadView devices Mk.1 & Mk.2 are covered under this warranty for 1 year, starting on the date of receipt by the customer.

    What is covered:

    Damage or defect to the device in workmanship or materials by manufacturer. This includes dead-on-arrival and damage or defect in the device at any time for 1 year that is not explainable through user-damage or misuse.

    What is not covered:

    1. damage to the device sustained through user-error or misuse, including but not limited to dropping, water damage, use outside of recommended safe temperatures, disassembling/user modification, exposure to damaging environmental conditions, and use with unauthorized third party devices or applications.

    2. Damage sustained through normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage through normal use.

    How to claim warranty:

    Contact us using phone, email, website contact form, or direct mail. We will supply a return shipping label. Once the device is returned and the warranty claim is found to be valid, the customer may decide if they prefer a full refund or a replacement device of equal value, at no cost to the customer. Replacement devices are covered under the remaining original one year warranty term, unless otherwise stated in writing by an authorized representative.

    If a warranty claim is found to be invalid after device has been returned to manufacturer, the customer will have the choice to:

    1. request a repair to the damage at a cost designated by the manufacturer and agreed upon by the customer

    2. have the device returned as-is to the customer, shipping cost to be paid by customer.

    Additional information:

    This warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by the manufacturer in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. This includes implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

    This warranty is transferable to whoever may own the device, but original proof of purchase may be required to assess the 1 year time period.

    This warranty is only valid in countries where the device is intended to be sold, as indicated by the User Manual.

    What is covered:

    Damage or defect to the device in workmanship or materials by manufacturer. This includes dead-on-arrival and damage or defect in the device at any time for 6 months that is not explainable through user-damage or misuse.

    What is not covered:

    1. damage to the device sustained through user-error or misuse, including but not limited to dropping, water damage, use outside of recommended safe temperatures, disassembling/user modification, exposure to damaging environmental conditions, and use with unauthorized third party devices or applications.

    Damage or defect to the components produced or modified by RadView in workmanship or materials by manufacturer. This includes dead-on-arrival and damage or defect in the components at any time for 1 year that is not explainable through user-damage or misuse.

    What is not covered:

    1. Defect or damage solely related to the original CDV instrument that the components are implemented with, unless manufactured or modified by RadView directly.

    2. Damage to the components sustained through user-error or misuse, including but not limited to dropping, water damage, use outside of recommended safe temperatures, disassembling/user modification, exposure to damaging environmental conditions, and use with unauthorized third party devices or applications.

    3. Damage sustained through normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage through normal use.
